Stacy Redwine Fitness
My good friend Stacy has the best workout classes I have ever done. If any of you are looking for a great way to get healthy and encouraged, Stacy is an excellent motivator. Her classes are quick and effective and if I can do them, ANYONE can do them. I never felt awkward or incapable. She allows for all skill levels and abilities and is pretty much the nicest person I've ever met, so give her a try. The first class is free!
